Seniors: Congratulations to our senior team who are now in the Senior Championship semi-final following their quarter final win over Colmcille in Pearse Park on Saturday evening last. On Friday evening next we take on Colmcille again, this time in the All County Football League Division 1which is scheduled for 7.15pm in McGee Park

Heartaid: Heartaid is the leading provider of Cardiac Screening in Ireland. They provide on site cardiac screening to companies, schools & sports clubs. The goal of this is to reduce the incidents of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS) in Ireland. The service is Doctor led & based on the recommendations of the European Society of Cardiology & Olympic Council Committee. Dromard GAA Club. Saturday September 20th is the date appointed for Dromard GAA to host a mobile clinic which will take place at the clubhouse. It is very simple to book an appointment.  The clinic will be open all-day from 9.30am-4.45pm. Each screening will take 20-25 minutes. Bookings can be made online using our  website. Click on ‘book a Cardiac Screening appointment’  The clinic code is: dromard . People can use Credit or Debit cards to book an appointment. Anyone with LAYA is FREE but must make a booking too. Everyone else must pay the €65 fee which is tax deductible for PAYE so the true cost will be€52. In addition. People with other health insurance may be able to claim a % back at the end of the year. We would like to request that people, as much as possible, try to book the next available appointment slot. If people prefer they can call 1890 300 333 and book an appointment by phone. Or email and we will call back and make the booking.

End of Summer social: The club would like to sincerely thank Eamonn and Philomena Gray for the end of summer social hosted for the club supporters on Saturday night last.

Lotto Results: The numbers drawn were 14, 15, 20 and 23. There was no jackpot winner. The winners of the draw were Conor Duffy, Benny Reilly, Breda Reilly and Tony Kiernan. The seller's prize was won by Peter Mimnagh.
